IDOT has begun construction of the eastbound lanes of I-72 a the I-57 interchange.
Drives should expect delays and are encouraged to take alternate routes. Please pay close attention to the signs and changed conditions when traveling.
Remember, that regardless of if workers are on site, the work zone speed limit MUST be followed, unless otherwise posted.
