Scholarship Opportunities
In the Spring, many state associations and agencies, and other organizations open applications for Illinois high school seniors to fill out to go toward their tuition in the fall. Below are a few opportunities that eligible students can take advantage of. For more information about each individual scholarship, please visit the websites linked below.

DACC FOUNDATION
Danville Area Community College has opened applications for scholarships, due May 1, 2024.
VERMILION COUNTY RETIRED TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION
The Vermilion County Retired Teachers’ Association is awarding 4 scholarships to seniors planning to pursue a teaching degree. The application and all materials are due by April 16, 2024. Applicants can mail the items to Patricia Woods, 1650 N. Vermilion St., Danville, IL 61832 or email the files to woodsl@danville118.org
EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS BUILDING AND TRADES COUNCIL- CHAMPAIGN COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) and the East Central Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council are partnering to offer the below union-led pre-apprenticeship program. The application is due by May 3, 2024. Anyone interested in applying should scan the QR code.
